I started My Truth, Unfiltered as a way to hold myself accountable for my growth while creating a space where other women could feel seen, heard, and understood. Life in your twenties is a confusing mix of self discovery, healing, heartbreak, and learning to love yourself--all while trying to figure out who you are and where you're going. I know what it's like to struggle with mental health, body image, friendships, and self worth, and for a long time, I felt like I was going through it alone. This blog is here to remind you that you're not. Healing isn't a straight path, growth isn't always pretty, and figuring yourself out takes time--but we don't have to do it alone.
This is a space for real, raw conversations about mental health, friendships, self love, and personal growth.
